Former London's Burning and Grange Hill actor John Alford has today been jailed for eight and a half years for sexually abusing two underage girls. The 53-year-old was handed the sentence after a jury found him guilty of committing two counts of sexual activity with a child, two counts of penetrative sexual activity with a child, one count of penetrative sexual assault and one count of sexual assault at a party.
