Roberta Cardani is an economist in the Chief Economist’s department at the European Stability Mechanism (ESM). Before joining ESM, she worked at the European Commission (DG-Joint Research Center) in Ispra and University Milano-Bicocca. In that role, she provided research, economic analysis on the developments of euro area. She earned her PhD in Economics from the Catholic University of Milan (Italy).
