Ukrainian drones struck the Black Sea port of Tuapse overnight on April 20, killing one person, injuring another, and sparking a major fire at an oil facility in Russia’s Krasnodar region, local authorities said. It was the second attack on the facility in less than a week. A previous fire at the site burned for days and took more than 150 firefighters and emergency personnel to extinguish.
