A cherished high street music and entertainment retailer is preparing to return to Chelmsford city centre later this year. HMV is planning to launch a fresh store at the Meadows Shopping Centre. The brand previously ran a shop at the High Chelmer Shopping Centre, which closed in 2024 after more than two decades of business. The location had hosted major figures from the music and entertainment world for album signings and various occasions. While an exact launch date hasn't been confirmed, HMV
