However, health experts note that although both drinks contain caffeine, in most cases coffee is considered a safer and healthier choice compared to energy drinks.The amount of caffeine in coffee is not fixed and varies depending on several factors, including the type of coffee beans, the roast level, and the preparation method. For example, a prepared cup of coffee of about 180 mL contains
