Police have issued an urgent appeal for a missing 13-year-old schoolgirl who vanished a day ago from a seaside town. Lottie Brown, from Netherton, Liverpool, was last seen at 4pm on Friday, September 5. A huge search has seen launched for the 13-year-old after she vanished from the area of Louis Pasteur Avenue.
