The family of a teenager who died in a house fire have said she had a "heart full of love". Layla Allen died after a fire in Prescot, Merseyside just before midnight on Wednesday. Merseyside Police said a man, a woman and five other children escaped from the fire unharmed, but 13-year-old Layla was pronounced dead at the scene. The fire was extinguished by around 12.30am on Thursday morning. Residents from neighbouring properties were also briefly evacuated as their homes were checked for fire
