June 30 (UPI) -- A North Carolina man said a mysterious instinct to buy a specific lottery ticket lead to his winning a $1 million top prize from the scratch-off. Marston resident Everett Cooper told North Carolina Education Lottery officials he was at CAPL Retail on South Main Street in Laurinburg when a $10 Cashword King scratch-off ticket captured his attention.
