Ursel Baumann is currently the Deputy Head of Division of the Capital Markets/Financial Structure Division of the European Central Bank's Directorate General Monetary Policy. She joined the ECB in 2007 and has worked on the transmission of monetary policy via firms and financial markets, the ECB’s monetary policy strategy review and on projections and macroeconomic analysis of the US economy.
