Jan. 29 (UPI) -- The White House budget office Wednesday rescinded its controversial federal aid freeze, according to multiple media reports citing an administration memo. The memo from White House Office of Management and Budget Office acting director Matthew J. Vaeth said the order freezing the aid " is rescinded ."
