The International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group signed today in Bucharest an agreement with Vienna Insurance Group (VIG) to acquire approximately 10% of the shares of Carpathia Pensii. A strategic partnership aimed at strengthening Romanians’ trust in private pensions.
