Nearly two in three youths engaged online by the Youth Guidance Outreach Services this year were found to be at risk of social isolation. Many were reached through gaming platforms like Twitch and Discord. This is part of the charity’s push to draw under-engaged youths - known as "hidden youths" - out of isolation. There are plans to deepen this outreach through its newly launched Cyber Outreach Initiative over the next few years. Nikhil Khattar reports.
