A motorcyclist who lost his leg in a horrific crash has called for tougher sentences after the driver was given a fine of just £500. Dean Fellow's life changed forever when he was forced to undergo a through-knee amputation of his left leg in April 2022. He had been out riding near Wolverhampton when a car went through a junction when he had right of way and smashed into him . The motorist was charged with driving without due care and attention, and received a £500 fine and six penalty points
