Reds' Dane Myers avoids broken bones from wall collision

June 30 (UPI) -- Cincinnati Reds outfielder Dane Myers returned negative X-ray results after crashing into an outfield wall, manager Terry Francona announced. Francona provided an update on Myers' status Monday night. The Reds outfielder was injured when he made an acrobatic catch in the fourth inning of a 5-3 loss to the Milwaukee Brewers on Monday in Milwaukee.
