Mobile gaming giant Scopely will acquire a majority stake in the Istanbul-based development studio behind popular new puzzle game “Pixel Flow!”, which has been played by more than 10 million people globally since launching last year. The studio, formed just last year, was founded by CEO Kübra Gündoğan and CTO Emre Çelik. Launched shortly after, the game became the only casual game released in the last 12 months to break into the U.S.’s monthly top-20 grossing charts. Financial terms were not
