At the 2025 TIME100 Next Gala on Oct. 30 in New York City, pop star Tate McRae, 22, was still glowing about Taylor Swift giving her a shoutout on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon recently . Swift appeared on the Oct. 6 episode to promote her latest album The Life of a Showgirl, and when asked what she’s been listening to lately, she said McRae’s “Tit for Tat” on repeat. “I was freaking out, I was like FaceTiming my friends being like ‘this is the craziest moment ever,’” McRae told TIME
