More than 20 families are pushing for a thorough review of maternity services at University Hospitals Sussex after a series of baby deaths and medical failures. The health secretary announced an independent investigation last June, but the chair and scope are yet to be agreed, with families wanting senior midwife Donna Okendon to lead the probe.
