Vanished Republican congressman Tom Kean Jr has reappeared at his home in New Jersey 113 days after he was last seen in DC. A New York Times reporter rang Kean's doorbell around 8.45pm Wednesday after seeing him standing inside his home through a well-lit window. Kean, whose wife Rhonda was reportedly in the background, told the reporter from his door: 'It's good to see you.' 'I'll talk to you next week,' he added. 'Thank you.'
