For all the noise about First Lady Melania Trump “reviving” the Jeffrey Epstein story, Democratic smear merchants were never going to let it fade. Trump on Thursday forthrightly damned and debunked the endless insinuations regarding her supposed links to the late unlamented perv, while also (perhaps understandably) feeding the furor by calling for the “victims” to be heard. In reality, no one claiming to be an Epstein victim has any trouble finding eager ears in the media, or on Capital Hill.
