Israel's war on Hezbollah is going "well beyond what it is described to be by the Israeli side" in Lebanon, a doctor has told Sky News. Dr Éveline Hitti, chair of the emergency department at the American University of Beirut, said children were disproportionately being killed and injured in Israeli attacks.
