A widower who sued Disney World alleging his doctor wife  died from an allergy attack  at a resort restaurant has dropped his claims — suggesting a settlement may have been reached. Jeffrey Piccolo voluntarily dropped his suit Friday over the 2023 death of his wife, Manhattan Dr. Kanokporn Tangsuan, after she went into anaphylactic shock when the couple  ate at a Disney Springs restaurant  in Florida. Piccolo’s lawyer, Brian Denney, didn’t confirm a settlement was reached but he told The Post
