A mum-of-two who was injured when a 55m-high fairground ride plummeted to the ground spoke of her terror today. BBC worker Louise Brown was left with cuts to her face, legs and arms after the freak accident in Birmingham. She was on the City Star Flyer ride in Centenary Square when it suddenly crashed to the ground last night. Emergency services raced to the scene in the city centre after receiving multiple 999 calls.
