An investigation into a horrific train accident which killed 45 people has found cracks on the track. The preliminary report from the Railway Accident Investigation Commission (CIAF) found that there were "nicks" on the wheels and "deformations" on the tracks where the crash took place in Cordoba , southern Spain . It stated that this evidence is "consistent with the track being fractured.". More than 150 people were also injured in the collision in Adamuz, which involved two trains travelling
