Former Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs III has been denied parole almost five years after killing a woman in a car crash, the Nevada Board of Parole Commissioners ruled Thursday. The former first-round pick was driving 156 mph in Las Vegas before slamming into a vehicle, killing driver Tina Tintor and her dog on Nov. 2, 2021. Tintor was 23.
