The owners of a hotel where a young woman died are set to face court. Liverpool City Council is taking Britannia Hotels to court following the tragic death of Chloe Haynes , 21, at the Adelphi Hotel in September 2022. The council launched an investigation after Chloe was found dead in her hotel room. Three men were arrested on suspicion of murder but were later released without charge after police concluded her death was accidental. Liverpool City Council's Environmental Health department
