A new nationwide initiative encourages pedestrians, cyclists and motorists in Singapore to look out for one another. Called Roads Users on Watch, it aims to improve road behaviour, as traffic accident fatalities hit a 10-year high of 149 last year. The initiative is expanded from the Cyclists on Watch scheme, which has grown to about 12,000 members since its launch in 2021. Claudia Lim reports.
