A one-year-old baby has choked to death in a freak accident involving a fake nail, police suspect. On Saturday March 21 baby Dante Valentín Bermudes Rumi was at home with his mum Aylin Saucedo when tragedy struck. He was struggling to breathe and amid the panic Aylin rushed to a neighbour for help before being rushed to Dr Federico Abete Hospital .
