Thursday saw two more fatal workplace accidents in Italy as a long spate of accidental work fatalities continued.     The first accident occurred yesterday at the Casale sewage treatment plant in Vicenza.     A 67-year-old man was found dead inside the facility with injuries from a fall.     The worker, originally from Como, was supposed to join his colleagues for lunch, but when he didn't arrive, some of them began searching for him, finding him lifeless on the ground.     Emergency services
