A woman who was suffering severe headaches and insomnia died from an accidental morphine overdose, an inquest has heard. Grace Lewis Shaw, 22, was last seen alive by her mother, fast asleep on the sofa before she left the house for an appointment. But when returning at around 1.30 pm to find Grace had not moved and was now unresponsive, she raised the alarm.
