Bipin Joshi, a 23-year-old Nepalese agriculture student was kidnapped by Hamas and taken to Gaza on October 7. Bipin’s sister has now made her first public speech pleading for her brother's release. Puspa last spoke to her brother on October 6, and their family have not heard anything about his condition of his health or wellbeing since being captured.
