Two skiers have died after being swept away by a "very large avalanche". The avalanche occurred at the St Anton am Arlberg ski resort in western Austria shortly after 3pm CET (2pm GMT). Five skiers were recovered from the snow , but two were pronounced dead while the other three sustained injuries, police said.
