BRD Groupe Société Générale, through BRD Asset Management, has signed an agreement with Patria Bank to acquire 99.9944% of Patria Asset Management, a company active on the Romanian UCITS market. The transaction is subject to approval by the relevant regulatory authorities. The Romanian UCITS market ended 2025 with total net assets of approximately RON 39.2 billion, of which local funds accounted for RON 36.6 billion.
