The mandatory private pension fund Metropolitan Life exceeded the 5% ownership threshold in Sphera Franchise Group, in the second half of last month, according to a report by the operator of public food chains that manages the KFC, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut brands, published yesterday on the website of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB). Metropolitan Life, managed by the Americans from MetLife, had on April 24 just over two million Sphera shares, equivalent to almost 5.2% of the issuer's capital.
