Real estate developer One United Properties (BVB: ONE) has announced that in the context of the convening of the General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for April 29, 2026, the Nomination and Compensation Committee of One United Properties proposes to shareholders the appointment of two new members to the Board of Directors, namely Prof. Dr. Dr.h.c. Uwe Krueger and Mr. Costel (Doru) Lionăchescu. If approved, the appointments will become effective starting with the date of the General Meeting
