The Issue: Mayor Mamdani’s “tax the rich” antics driving billionaires’ businesses out of NYC. Mayor Mamdani figures that big business and the rich will tolerate his hostility. This is a false assumption ( “Going . . . Zo-ing . . . Gone!” May 7). In the post-COVID world, we see that corporations and the rich do not have to be concentrated in New York City or Chicago.
