Social workers stopped visiting a mother accused of leaving her two sets of twins to die in a fire at their rubbish-strewn home because of covid, her trial has been told. Deveca Rose is accused of killing four-year-olds Kyson and Bryson Hoath, along with Leyton and Logan Hoath, both aged three, who died at their home in Sutton, south London.
