John Lewis Partnership is set to hand thousands of staff an annual bonus for the first time in four years. The retailer, which runs John Lewis stores and Waitrose supermarkets , said its employees will get a 2% bonus, which equates to around £35million. It will be the first time staff have received a bonus since 2022, after the Covid pandemic saw John Lewis shut shops and cut staff. The company employs around 65,000 members of staff.
