A lung cancer patient has become the first person in the UK to receive an experimental new vaccine to fight the disease. Janusz Racz, 67, was given six syringes of the vaccine, each packed with genetic material to tackle a different part of the tumour that in turn would train immune system cells to go on the offensive against it.
