The National Public Health Institute (INSP) on Tuesday reported that between January 20 and 26, 131 new cases of people infected with SARS-CoV-2 were reported in Romania, up 14.9% from the previous week. According to INSP, 34 of the new cases were in reinfected patients who tested positive more than 90 days after the first infection.
