Federal immigration officials on Thursday identified Julio Cesar Sosa‑Celis, Alfredo Alejandro Ajorna and Gabriel Alejandro Hernandez‑Ledezma as the three men accused of attacking an ICE officer during an attempted arrest in Minneapolis.
