Violent clashes erupt after 2nd shooting in Minneapolis

The "situation" in Minneapolis is "not sustainable," Mayor Jacob Frey said, as protests continued following the second shooting in about a week involving a federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer. The Department of Homeland Security said an ICE officer shot a person in the leg on Wednesday after the person was alleged to have attacked the officer.
