The FBI has reported a DNA breakthrough in the case of missing Nancy Guthrie - the mother of US telly star Savannah Guthrie - as the search for the 84-year-old enters a third week. Doorbell cam footage from the night she disappeared showed a masked person in gloves appearing to try and interfere with the camera.
