There is a new twist in the case of Chiara Poggi, a 26-year-old economics graduate stabbed to death at Garlasco near Pavia in August 2007, after newspaper reports said Thursday that a report by an expert has found DNA compatible with that of Andrea Sempio, a friend of her brother's, under two of the victim's fingernails. Poggi's former boyfriend Alberto Stasi, 42, is nearing the end of a 16-year sentence handed down in 2015 for the murder. Sempio, 37, was put under investigation earlier this
