Ljubljana, 4 July - Delo says on Friday that in the year before the 250th anniversary of the US Declaration of Independence, even the idea of the legitimate power of government stemming from the consent of the governed hangs in the balance. It adds that US President Donald Trump must not forget about the soft power that defined the last century of the US.
