Stock futures were little changed Wednesday night as the S&P 500 comes off of two consecutive days of losses. Futures tied to the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 36 points, or almost 0.1%. S&P 500 futures edged 1% higher, and Nasdaq 100 futures advanced 3% higher. Late Wednesday, President Donald Trump signed a proclamation that imposes a 25% tariff on certain semiconductors .
