Tensions over NATO between United States President Donald Trump and Spain are not positive and the Atlantic Alliance must be strengthened, Premier Giorgia Meloni said on the sidelines of an informal EU summit in Cyprus Friday.     A Pentagon email has mooted suspending Madrid from NATO over its opposition to the Iran war, but Spanish Premier Pedro Sanchez has said "only formal acts are valid".     "I don't see the tension between the US and Spain over NATO as positive," said the Italian premier.
