Nov. 20 (UPI) -- Texas Land Commissioner Dawn Buckingham wants the federal government to build deportation facilities on 1,402 acres of state-owned land located along the U.S-Mexico border in Texas. Buckingham wrote President-elect Donald Trump to offer land that the Texas General Land Office bought from a rancher in October to enable the state to build a wall along the border.
