US President Donald Trump had dinner with the Prime Minister of Qatar in New York a few days after US ally Israel attacked Hamas leaders in Doha, Reuters reports.  Trump and Qatari Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani were joined by Trump's senior adviser and US special envoy Steve Whitcoff. The White House confirmed that the dinner took place but did not provide any details.
