Archbishop Nicholas Chia led the Catholic Church in Singapore for almost 12 years. SINGAPORE: Archbishop Emeritus Nicholas Chia, the third leader of the Catholic Church in Singapore, died on Tuesday (Dec 17) at the age of 86.
