Black Friday Sales Set Record Despite Concerns Over Inflation

New York (Knewz) — So much for inflation bringing down Black Friday shopping. According to Adobe Analytics , shoppers spent a record 9.12 billion on Black Friday, despite inflation and recession threats facing the nation. That is a 2.3 percent rise from last year. Online sales were a big part of the Black Friday spending, as purchases virtually were up 221 percent from an average day in October.
